Serving Officers, Supporting Families, Strengthening Our Community
Thank you for your interest in the Plano Police Association.
The Plano Police Association exists to support those who serve and to strengthen the profession of law enforcement in the City of Plano and across the State of Texas. Our focus is centered on professionalism, advocacy, and maintaining a strong partnership with the community we are proud to protect.
We are committed to fostering open, constructive dialogue with department leadership, City management, and the Plano City Council. These relationships are essential to ensuring that the Plano Police Department remains a premier agency and that Plano continues to be one of the safest and most desirable communities in Texas.
The PPA is a proud affiliate of the Texas Municipal Police Association. Through this partnership, our members actively contribute to statewide efforts that support law enforcement professionals, promote sound public policy, and protect the interests of those who serve.
Beyond advocacy, the Association is deeply committed to charitable work and community support. Our members have a long-standing tradition of giving back, most notably through our signature initiative, Christmas Cops. What began in the late 1980s serving a small number of families has grown into a cornerstone program in our community. Today, Christmas Cops serves as the primary charitable endeavor of the Plano Police Association Charities, continuing to reflect the generosity and commitment of our members who volunteer their time and resources to ensure families in need are cared for during the holiday season.
We are equally committed to supporting our own. The Plano Police Association provides assistance to members facing serious illness, injury, or other life-altering events, ensuring that no member faces those challenges alone. Supporting one another, both professionally and personally, remains a core value of the Association.
The Plano Police Association is funded through member dues and the generosity of community supporters. We are grateful for that support and welcome those who wish to contribute to our mission.
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about the Plano Police Association. We appreciate your interest and continued support.
Respectfully,
Aaron Graham
